This house is spectacular and has everything you could possibly want. The pool and lanai are especially nice, the neighborhood is great and the house is very comfortable. We stayed for 2 months and settled in just like home. We can't say enough about the customer service John Baker provides to us every year when we book with him. He represents the ultimate in making sure your stay is exactly what you want and deserve. We've booked for next year 2013 already and can't wait for our return! Thanks John!

We stayed at Summer Sky in Jan 2012 and loved it. The house was beautiful and very well kept up. The location was perfect for our vacation. It was close enough for shopping or eating out but far enough away for a little R & R. We will definetly be returning in 2013. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation!

We had a a wonderful stay in Cape Coral @ Brimanida. The home we rented was comfortable, well appointed, and convenient for exploring the area. John Baker was helpful and professional.
