Awesome home, (St Martin) this home is exactly like the pictures, my wife and I stayed here in May, a beautiful home, the only thing it needs is for the pool to be heated. We have rented homes before and John is by far the best property manager we have had, would definitely go back to this home and definitely use John.

Excellent Vacation  We just spent 12 wonderful days at the Villa Bliss. The home was amazing and had all the amenities we needed. The area was very quite and peacefully but was close to everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and my husband really enjoyed the dock where he did some fishing and spent many hours watching the fish jump in the canal. John Baker, the property manager, was wonderful and attended immediately to any issue we had, which were very few. We will definitely be coming back to Cape Coral again.

We are just completing 6 weeks in the "Villa Bliss" rental home in Cape Coral. What a magnificent home on a palm tree lined street of other high-end homes. The pictures noted with the vacation rental understate the quality of the home that rents far below rates for lesser homes we have previously rented in Florida. You will love the pool and fountains and the view of the canal with a 43 foot yacht parked at your dock which you may rent. What makes the entire experience extra special is the management support supplied by John Baker. If you need anything at any time, just give John a call and you will get an immediate response. My wife and I would recommend renting this home to anyone and especially to working with John and his management team.

We have stayed at Golfer's Paradise the full Winter Season for the past three years. The home is well furnished and immaculate, with a heated pool. There is a good deal of privacy in the rear with the added bonus of an Eagles nest within viewing distance. We have seen two sets of triplets go from chicks to full size. AMAZING!! John, the property manager, is incredible and is right their if any minor problems arise. Would stay again anytime.

Excellent: The home (Villa Daydream) was magnificent, the decor was beautiful and when the weather was not as nice as it should have been, it was great to enjoy the house with its views.  John Baker the property manager was very helpful and a class act. 

I look forward to dealing with him in the future. 

Honestly there is nothing to complain about except the weather. 

It was kind of cool and cloudy but what can you do?

We rented Villa Summer Breeze for two weeks and it was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and easy to set at the temperatures we desired. The view at sunset was gorgeous. And the house was equipped with great high-end appliances. (We even found a bunch of pool toys in the garage.) What a great vacation.

Everything was as advertised! We spent two months in this beautiful home(St Martin) and could not have been more pleased. The pictures were portrayed exactly as the house is. But more important to us was the property manager, John Baker, who catered to our every need. Sorry folks, we have the home next year Jan-Mar but any other month in this beautiful spot would be special. We even wanted to bring our family here for Christmas this year but don't know yet if that will work out (hard to work with two working families). LOL I can't praise John enough for his attendance to details. The pool is not heated and the 3rd BR is locked with owners belongings, but we are hoping both of these may be different next year. The owners are talking about putting a heater on the pool and that would be AWESOME for grandkids (and big kids too)! The only thing to be aware of, if you for some reason have two cars (which we did this year), the owners have one car in the garage. But it wasn't that big a deal. I highly recommend this home and if anyone wants to talk to me about it, feel free to do so via email.

We stayed at Villa St Martin over the Christmas period into January 2013. This was a great family holiday that was made all the better with the professional help from John. I would recommend, without hesitation, the services of JBP Management. The Villa was all you would expect, Very spacious, clean, well kept, well presented. All in all excellent.

Memorable Vacation: Our stay in Cape Coral was a positive experience because we were treated very professionally by the rental manager and the home was well taken care of. The minute we walked into the home(Villa Utopia) we felt this is where we want to be and felt right at home, The home is extremely clean not to mention that terrific kitchen. The only area for improvement would be the curb appeal and outside landscaping needs to be freshened up. We would definitely recommend this rental property and look forward to extending our stay next year.

We had wonderful Christmas holidays at Villa Delight at Cape Coral. The Villa is really pretty. With the great furniture, decoration and the warm design in the house we felt at home really easily. We also had a lot of fun at the pool. And every morning at the breakfast table we enjoyed the amazing water view. Also it's always a pleasure to see John again who is always there if you need help. Villa Bliss is just like it's name.We had a wonderful stay in this home. This is an upscale home with upscale furnishings throughout as well as every amenity one would desire. We found this home to be in "like new" condition. The children enjoyed the heated pool very much. This home is located in a quite dead end street. The property manager was very professional and responsive from the time we arrived through our departure. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. The Mark Family - Barrington, Illinois
